12/14: THIS INFORMATION HAS BEEN UPDATED. PLEASE READ THE UPDATE. Our Lifetouch photos and proofs were delivered to school this week. Ordinarily, these packages would be delivered to our students’ homerooms. But that just won’t work during this crazy year, so we’ve had to do some quick logistics.
If you did NOT previously order photos
We scanned 110 of these proofs to deliver the information to you by email. You received an email on the evening of Wednesday, December 9 with your individual proof attached. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at email@example.com. (You may have also received digital proofs earlier.)
If you decide you’d like to order prints, go to mylifetouch.com and use the Portrait ID and Access Code on the left side of the proof to place your order.
Our school does not handle any of these portrait orders directly, and you are under no obligation to purchase photos. If you have any trouble with the website or with placing your order, please contact Lifetouch at 1-800-736-4753.
Please remember that we are excited to be using selfies for the class pages in the yearbook this year. We’re aiming to have all students’ selfies in by Wednesday, December 16. You can find the submission information here.
If you ordered photos and need to claim them
Your student’s portrait package from Lifetouch was delivered to school this week. Ordinarily, these packages would be delivered to our students’ homerooms. But that just won’t work during this crazy year, so we’ve had to do some quick logistics.
Here’s our plan for getting the photos to you.
OUR FAVORITE OPTION: A yearbook adviser will be outside the Providence Road entrance of the high school from 10-1 on Saturday for families who want to pick up their photos. We’d love if you could come at this time, because we’re trying to limit traffic in and out of the offices for the safety of our office staff. Like everything in 2020, outdoor options are always safest!
SECOND OPTION: Remaining pictures will be available to pick up at the Brookhaven Road Office from Monday-Wednesday of next week. Our office staff confirms that Wednesdays are always the best day for pickups, but they’re willing to make this work on any day during school hours from M-W.
AT-YOUR-OWN-RISK OPTION: After Wednesday, we’ll mail out whatever pictures are left. We’ll do our best—but we can’t take any responsibility for picture packages that get lost or damaged in the mail.
Thank you, and we look forward to sharing your picture package with you.
Please do NOT come to the office on Friday, December 11—the pictures will not be available.
